Totally forgot to post these last week with all the Christmas things going on! But I have some of my favorite budget beauty items to share today! Let me start off by saying, I absolutely hate it when people call inexpensive makeup brands “drugstore!” It drives me insane, especially since you can also get these items at Target, not just the drugstore. Ok that little rant is over. Now on to my favorite things.
Lush No Drought Dry Shampoo: if you are not a fan of spray dry shampoos, this one is for you. I have a weird thing about spray dry shampoos making my hair feel wet and gross (hopefully I’m not the only one!) and this on is just a powder you sprinkle on, so I love it! It is a little more costly than the spray ones, but it lasts forever, which makes it a better deal to me. Linked HERE.
Real Techniques Makeup Brush Cleaning Pad: life-changer! There are some out there that are more expensive, but this one gets the job done and is perfect for any size brush. I had always wanted one of these, but had just never gotten around to getting one. My brushes are so clean after using it. And just a little tip, you can use Dawn soap if you don’t want to spend money on brush cleansers.
Rimmel Fix & Perfect Primer: LOVE this primer so much. I’m not sure what I’ll do if they ever quit making it. It makes my makeup go on so smooth and is great if you have oily skin because it keeps your face dry all day.
Elf Shadow Lock Eyelid Primer in sheer: so inexpensive and good! I always see a huge difference when I use this compared to when I don’t. You just need a little bit and it goes a long way. They also make one that has some shimmer to it that’s good for sparkly night-time makeup.
